Do You Need Sesame?

Many companies could save money by using Sesame's services. What makes Sesame right for you?

Sesame clients often are corporations with multiple locations and an infrastructure including both telecommunications and data facilities. However, a thorough analysis by Sesame specialists will benefit any company with multi-service communications requirements such as telephone, Internet, PBX trunks, or a wide area data network. We can evaluate different vendors, compare rate plans, consolidate network equipment, and devise a more flexible, integrated, and optimized communications system for you.

As telecommunications professionals, Sesame realizes the importance of your business requirements. We understand your needs for reliability, diversity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and network security. We gather your reqirements in advance, analyse your current infrastructure and vendor arrangements, and develop solutions to improve your performance and reduce your costs.

A typical Sesame client would invest a limited time in the review process, and would expect to achieve both capacity improvements and a reduction in recurring network costs. There may also be significant savings in other vendor relationships which are revealed during our review. For the great majority of our prospective clients, Sesame is right for you if your business is right for Sesame -- i.e. do your telecommunications and data costs seem too high, and is your network performance and line capacity less than you would prefer.

Remember, Sesame doesn't earn any revenue unless you realize savings in your operating costs or improvements in your network efficiency. We focus on your telecom infrastructure and work to reduce system costs, not personnel. Our foremost responsibility is to ensure that we concentrate our efforts on generating cost savings for you and devising improvements in your telecommunications system.

Since our compensation is based on a fraction of our customer's total savings, we have to be very good at what we do to stay in business. How do we find savings that our customers do not?

Focus: You focus on your business, and that business is satisfying your customers. If you are successful, you naturally review your costs as an ongoing part of your operations. But often your staff does not have significant expertise in areas outside your main business. Sesame has broad expertise in telecommunications operations and network costs, and this is our exclusive focus. Our principals came out of the telecommunications industry with decades of experience in engineering, finance, sales, and management, and are well equipped to evaluate your voice and data requirements and develop programs to reduce your costs.

Knowledge: Telecommunications offerings in the competitive market change frequently, and it is difficult to stay on top of the various programs and to compare them accurately. Sesame's experts continually evaluate these changes to determine which path will bring the most benefit to our clients.

Experience: Our team understands the choices and challenges that face your vendors. In a fiercely competitive environment, they want your business. However, after signing a contract with you, they have no incentive to recommend that you cancel unused services or that you move to more economical rate plans. Sesame's experts can help you identify areas where your vendor contract is better for your vendor's bottom line than it is for yours.

Relationships: We maintain active relationships with a variety of telecommunications vendors. They recognize us as valuable partners who can direct business to them if they serve our clients well. With the strength of our relationships, we generally can get more from your current vendors, and we can let you know when it might be advantageous to consider a change of vendor.
